Addition in Campbell city

The client came with a common problem: not enough space in the house. We decide to add extra room to the back of his house in Campbell city. He came with existing dimensioned drawings and pictures of the house. We spoke few times on a phone to double check sizes of the window and the door and other small things. In a week the set of plans was design for adding extra bedroom for his growing son. Since we added windows and door to the house, the city require energy compliance calculations added to plans. The customer was happy and referred a friend in a month.
