Antique store remodeling in San Francisco.
|
| The client has a two story antique shop in downtown San Francisco. He decided to remodel the facade of the building, install few skylights and remodel the restroom to comply with disability codes. He didn't have any existing plans for the property, so we had to do measurements for the whole store. After existing floor plans were made, we start on a facade and restroom changes. The set of plans included nine pages and Title 24 calculations ($250). The project cost was $2650 including measurements and Title 24. |
